TEPS - TWIN ENGINE PACK SYSTEM
The Ultimate Level of Safety – Two Engines in One Unit
Think about a single engine aircraft that can be operated with the redundancy of a twin engine (fixed wing or helicopter)
The TEPS is a single unit made by joining 2 RAP9098 powerplants that operate independently, despite coexisting in a single unit. Each section of the TEPS has a redundant ignition, lubrication, electric, and fuel supply to guarantee unprecedented reliability in aeronautical applications. The TEPS has fixed wing applications on current single- and multi-engine aircraft and holds records with the helicopter applications: TEPS is the first reciprocating multiengine for helicopters, and as a result, is the most efficient multi-engine helicopter platform currently in existence.
TEPS is covered by multiple patents, including the patent held for the RAP 9098 Constant Temperature Oil Cooling system.
